Hey, Thanks for the reply.  To answer your question, yes once I figured out my server was sftp and not ftp, there were no issues.  I can't thank you enough.  I just have one problem now.  Now that is see how nice and attractive my site looks with the optin popup, I have decided to revamp the whole site.  I'm not sure if that is a good thing, but here's wishing for the Best!  Again thank's for you help.  I just totally dig this thing.
